We created a document distribution app that turns a single upload into automated, attachment-based delivery to the right case worker(s). Instead of composing one-off emails all day, Dexmo Diagnostics’ team uploads the file once, adds basic case details, and the system handles the rest.

Dexmo Diagnostics’ team was spending a lot of time manually emailing documents to case workers. In busy periods, staff were sending up to 20 individual emails per day, each requiring recipient lookup, attachment handling, and follow-up when something went wrong. The process was time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to track.
Dexmo Diagnostics wanted the distribution to remain attachment-based for familiarity and ease of use for recipients, while improving reliability and consistency. SendGrid provides a stable delivery layer for outbound email at scale, with better control and visibility than ad-hoc manual sending.
